I wish I had a witty and intelligent something to say... but I don't. Some weeks go as planned, and others are weird. This week has been weird, not in a good or bad way, just different. It's not that there's major stress, just the same old stress that's always there.
I don't know. So, for me, I'm just trying to stay engaged in the moment. How about you, are you worrying about yesterday or stressing about tomorrow, or are you in the moment?
